What a testament to your popularity and success! We moved to the Central Valley about the time you came back to KCRA. I remember thinking what a rarity to see a husband/wife co-anchor news team. And it didn't take us long to know you were the team we wanted to view each night. And whenever you were away on vacation I'd start asking, OK, when are they coming back? I guess reality will sink in in about 2 weeks when you don't come back! We have appreciated your sincerity and enjoyed your humor. You both along with Mark were a great team. You will be a hard act to follow!!! My husband and I look forward to our retirement in about two years and can appreciate your enthusiasm and excitement at sharing your future together doing whatever you want to do and having the time to do it! Not to worry, we found. Channel 3 and Dave and Lois were the equal of the Bay Area with the added bonus of covering our geographic area! Your humanity, professionalism, humor and just plain likeability came through loud and clear, and we have been loyal KCRA News viewers ever since. We opted to not interupt your solitude. I personally regrete our restraint. This December we're cruising Western Caribbean. Maybe will run into you again. Will miss you good people!
